VLC Mac MKV: video stream breaks on speed increase

VLC Mac 3.0.1, MacOS Ventura 13.2.1, Macbook Air M1
When I watch MKV file with standard (1.0) speed, its all okay. But when I increase it to 1.3-1.5, after some time image starts to break.
Could you please help me investigate this issue?
