Download a youtube video mac monterey m1 doesn't work

Computer macOS Monterey version 12.3.1
I am trying to download a youtube video from the link and I added it to paylist right but when I choose the option window ->media information, this screen is empty.
How I have to set configuration VLC to fix this.
