Cannot see the Shortcuts in 'Hotkeys settings'?

Dear VLC engineers and users,
I'm using Catalina MacOs on a 2013 Macbook. I like watching movies with VLC. On Windows Notebook I can use the 'left arrow' to move the movie 3 or 5 seconds back and use 'shift + left arrow' to move the movie 10 seconds back, but wenn I use these keys on MacOs, the VLC (Version. 3.0.11.1), the movie will jump to the beginning. On one webpage, someone said,

The problem is that by default the left and right arrow keys are assigned to DVD options ("navigate left" and "navigate right"). This overrides the use of those keys for jumping through a video. The solution is simple! Just unassign those hotkeys (or assign them to other keys). Hey Presto, the problem is fixed.

So I want to change the shortcuts combination. But I could do it, because if I go to 'Preference---Show All---Interface---Hotkeys settings', I can only see 'Jump sizes':
1. very short jump length: 3
2. short jump length: 10
3. medium jump length: 60
4. long jump length: 3000

But I couldn't see the 'key or combination of the shortcuts', let alone changing them? In Windows I can see them and change them. I tried several versions of VLC (for example 3.0.8, 3.0.0, 2.2.4), the same problem. Does anyone have a idea, what happened here?

Thanks in advance!
