I cannot save video with VLC filters

Hi
I have MacOS 12.1 and VLC 3.0.12
I am trying to crop a video, so I create a filter through "cropadd" in the Preferences, and then go enable the "Video cropping filter"
Then I want to save the cropped video, I go to "Convert/stream" and select the file. Under choose profile I have "Video - H.264+ MP3 (MP4)" and I select "Customize"
(see pic at https://i.ibb.co/5MNy95Z/vlc1.png)
In the customize window there are four tabs: Encapsulation, Video Codec, Audio Codec and Subtitles
I go to "Video Codec", and there is NO WAY to select the filters to be applied to the saved video
(see pic at https://i.ibb.co/m9ydRQ0/vlc2.png)
I tried to use the VLC player on my Linux Ubuntu machine, and I was able to apply the filters to the saved video without any problem.
Is such functionality disable on Mac, or what I am missing???
