Is it possible to create a VLC Watched Folder on Mac OS?

So that any file changes in the folder is reflected on VLC.

I'm sorry, what do you mean by VLC watched folder? Do you want the files from the folder to be automatically detected by VLC, or is it about a virtual watched folder listing the files you watched with VLC (ie. an history-like folder) ?

If i add a folder in Media and update that folder with new files locally on my computer drive.
