VLC disrupts internet access

Hello there.
I do not know how this is possible, but this is what happens..

I use vlc 3.0.16 on a mac mini 2018 ( intel i3 ) with big sur.
Whenever i download and play a movie from my HDD, i lose internet access.
I pause the movie for example, open chrome ( and or safari ) and no site is loading.
5 seconds after i terminate vlc everything is back to normal.
I tried uninstalling vlc and everything great again.
Installed once more and same thing. I play a movie and net access is lost. Quitting and all great again..
I tried installing nightly 4.0 and same thing happened.
( i did reset the factory settings ) .

Any recommendation would be appreciated .
