Playlist stuck floating on top

Are there any other users who, after disabling "float on top", still have the playlist floating on top? This happens to me some (but not all) of the time; I'm still attempting to reproduce consistently, and am looking for others experiencing the same in order to figure out the steps to reproduce. A second display may be involved. It may not be limited to macOS.

System:
