Need help configure IP camera url

Hello friends.
Hope some expert can help me.
I would like to stream this online ip camera to VLC
http://194.144.67.234:8082
Since this is not a rtsp feed i am having problem having this working.
If you click on the link you see this camera model is Zavio B8220V2
