The default preferences is a 10 seconds to fast forward or go back using the arrow keys while watching a video. I would like to change it to 5 seconds. I was able to figure out how to do this on windows, but the preferences seem to be different on the mac version.

They are various combinations or bigger or shorter jumps available, just check out the hotkeys section in preferences.

By default it should be:
Cmd + Alt + Arrows: 10 sec jumps
Cmd + Ctrl + Arrows: 5 sec jumps

Other combinations are also available for longer jumps.
