Forum Support?????

I guess I don't quite understand the VLC Forum. I thought it was to seek support when a person encounters a problem using VLC. I posted two separate posts about Creating a Playlist in VLC, one has 104 views and the other has 86 views so far. Both have 0 replies. I can't imagine that anyone using VLC with a Mac hasn't encountered this problem. Maybe it is too simple of a problem but I am not an expert when using VLC with a Mac. Just an observation.
