Short skip with mouse wheel

Hi there, sorry if it was discussed previously but I couldn't find any related topic after a few minutes of search.

Since the last update, a very useful function has gone and I can't fix it somehow :
=> when playing a video in window mode, scrolling the mouse wheel when the pointer is on the timeline/progress bar skips 5 seconds forward or backward
=> in full screen, it doesn't do anything anymore

Also I cannot change the shortcut in the preferences. When I select the function and try to change it, I don't know how to add CMD+MouseWheel+-> with a Mac keyboard...

Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance for any help.
