HIK Cameras - Looping the output

Postby davwpalm » 25 Jul 2020 23:09

Hi There - I have successfully managed to stream my 3 HIK Colourvu Cameras to VLC.

The Question/Issue i have : Is their anyway of alternating the streams ? so effectively it shows Camera 1 then a short delay and camera 2 Camera 3 etc..

I can get each stream up independently (If any one wants advice on how to do this bit let me know)

Thank you :D

You could configure VLC to automatically stop playback of a certain stream after a certain time, then cycle to the next item in the playlist (so the next camera) and once it displayed all for let's say 30s each, it would start-over with the first stream. Would this be what you want?
