Can I program default audio selections?

I'm running VLC on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5.
Is it possible to program VLC to always select the following by default, so I don't have to select them manually please?
1. Surround sound option as the Audio Track
2. HDMI enhanced as the Audio Device
