Without a crashlog it's unfortunately nearly impossible to debug the issue, for problems that we can not reproduce locally (as I've already detailed in the other topic you posted on). It's not like we don't want to fix issues, but not knowing where it goes wrong, it is simply impossible.

For hangs, when you force-quit the app, macOS should display some details usually.
