Dragging window

Im on Catalina 10.15.4 with VLC 3.0.10
On this latest version of VLC I was really disappointed because you removed the feature to drag the windows from everywhere within the window, now its possible only to move it gripping the namelist. Also the sound disappear after paus and VLC cant close other than thru kill app.
Will the feature dragging window only on namelist be standard or is this a bug in this latest version?

Thanks, may bad. I just found the thread and was going to delete my post but i cant as you just replied. Im very happy this is a bug, for me its very important feature to drag the window from anywhere, I just cant live without it. I downgraded now and will wait for your next release.
