I am attempting to stream the audio from my macbook pro to my PC but it will only stream the built-in Input device so the only sound I get is the internal mic on my mac. Went I go to capture audio the only option it gives me is Built-in Input. I have went through several threads and videos on suggestions for this but none of them seem to address this specifically.

What kind of audio do you want to stream instead? Music or game audio played on the Mac?

Im trying to stream logic pro audio. So music.

OK, yes, VLC cannot capture audio produced by applications on the same Mac without work-arounds. There are apps like SoundFlower which can act as a virtual microphone to record the internal audio which in turn can be processed by VLC for streaming.
