using line commands to activate force multicast rtp to use rtsp

Hello dear forum,
I'm sending an RSTP stream from a HE130 panasonic camera using there multicast option
In vlc i have to type:
rtsp://[ip cam]:554/mediainput/H264/stream_1

Everything runs fine but i have to activate force multicast rtp to rtsp via all preferences menu/input&codecs/demulmtiplex/RTP-RTSP.

So my question is:
Can launch this (stream + pref) using command line because i have a lot of OSX system running on the network.

Any idea or help would be welcome.
