VLC aspect ratio changes on its own

I recently encountered a problem with VLC Version 3.0.4 Vetinari (Intel 64bit). Some content downloaded from the internet is automatically changing the aspect ratio during the playback. After correcting it, the aspect ration jumping back during the playback. It's happening for some of the content. Some other ones work fine.
