Unable to Open MRL

Hi guys,
VLC is unable to open MRL - I'm trying to stream an IPTV playlist on MAC
MAC OS: 10.11.6
VLC version 3.0.8 Vetinari
The playlist works on my other devices without using VLC.
Can anybody help?
