.flv format video hang

Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5
VLC 3.0.7.1
Hi Guys, I just need your help when playing .flv videos using VLC for Mac. You can see the version of my Mac and VLC on top i'm using.
The issue will start on this time stamp 1:05 when you continously play the video from the start. Here is the link of the video:

Troubleshooting done:
Reinstall VLC
Tried on my 2nd Machine using Mac OS High Sierra still the same issue.
