Scanlines instead of Subtitles on 3.0.5

Hi all,
Just to report a bug, ever since I upgraded to VLC 3.0.5 (Mac), subtitles of my HEVC encoded films don't display properly anymore. Instead of subtitles, I get glitches and scanlines. Looks like this:

Here's some technical information of the file I was playing. I can confirm this happens with all films encoded like this:

Have checked a few films not encoded in HEVC, and the problem did not occur.
EDIT: I just downgraded to 3.0.4, and subtitles are working flawlessly again.
Best,
x
