Converting MOV to MP4 but get M4V with no video

Hi! Im trying to convert a video from my iphone to MP4 so I can put it into premiere pro. However when it goes through, even tho the profile says MP4 (Video), the destination comes out as M4V and it's just the audio, even if I play the converted file back in VLC :<

M4V and MP4 are essentially the same file format in your scenario. Just rename the file and enjoying using Premiere.
