Hello, where do I need to go to ADD a hotkey for Repeat One (there is none by default), and edit the current Repeat All hotkey?

You can do that in preferences.

It would be appreciated if it was explained exactly where in preferences, as the current answer just leaves the user wondering WHERE in preferences, and no closer to an answer.

I would GUESS in the hotkey section, but there's only one option for Repeat in there, and it's not the one I'm looking for:

I never did a proper answer for this question and I still am needing to find where I can do this. Any help is appreciated.
