Green frame with MacMini

Using VLC and MacMini I get a green frame around the screen no matter what I am playing. How can I get rid of it. Much thanx in advance.

Are you using the latest version of VLC (either 0.8.2 or 0.8.4-test1)? What kind of graphics card is inside your mini?

I am running VLC 8.2 test 2 with ATI Radeon that has 32 Meg RAM. How/where can i get VLC 8.4?
