Hello,
I want to buffer a streaming when video streaming or player is in PUASE state.
So is it posible with MobileVLCKit

Yes, this is part of VLCKit 3.0. However, there is currently no API to visualize the buffering progress the YouTube way.

Probably some time in Q1/16. For the meantime, you can use the development code, which may or may not work.
