First off all let me thank you for your great software application.

With Win XP i can use VLC as a streaming client embedded in Websites under Mozilla Firefox.

Under Mac OS X i can not use VLC with embedded streams with Mozilla Firefox.

I find some hints about an experimental VLC Mozilla plugin here:
http://www.videolan.org/doc/vlc-user-guide/en/ch07.html

As well i can find a multimedia plugin for Mozilla based on VLC here
http://packages.debian.org/stable/graph ... plugin-vlc

Can one tell me where to find the experimental VLC Mozilla plugin for Mac OS X and how to compile/install it?

Thanks in advance!

It's REALLY REALLY experimental and not being distributed.

Do you think it will be possible to have the plugin for MacOsX in the future?

Thanks!

Sure, but don't expect that to happen for the forthcoming release. It will definitely come after that, once a developer found the time to work on it. Without any external contributors, I fear that this will take quite long, because most of the OSX-devs are busy with other things and the browser-plugin doesn't have such a high priority for most of them.

There are now news of the Mozilla-Plugin on MacOS X?
The Dreambox support the plugin, is it possible to test the plugin on MacOS X?
