I'm using OS X 10.11 Beta und have converted two 23.976 videos into iTunes format mp4, using the latest Handbrake build and applying all the Handbrake defaults (as I always do).

This time one of those videos plays well like always, while the other shows a painful stutter. This was already true also for yesterdays VLC nightly (I didn't go further back). Both videos yield the same MediaInfo data as attached.

Quicktime player, mph, and Player OS X Extended don't show this stutter with the specific video.

Yes, we pushed the videotoolbox decoder which does not work as expected yet for some videos, this is likely the cause of the stuttering.

As a workaround, you should temporarily disable it (e.g. by removing the plugin from the plugins/ folder).

I did not find a way to add a text file, so please take the log from below. And let me know, if I can do anything else. Mac software was OS X 10.11 Public Beta.

If we can expect in some (vague) future a correction within a nightly, I would leave everything as it is. Because at present I have no problems with other videos.

What a fight against windmills... I'm sorry, but my intellectual capabilities appear simply not sufficient for Google.Drive, and my Dropbox doesn't have sufficient space.
