Hello there! After installing VLC 2.2.0 I have a little problem with fullscreen. When you turn it on, VLC covered all the windows on the desktop. Before the VLC behave like a normal OS X application fullscreen and appeared as if the next desktop.
And sorry for my english :(

Open preferences and select "Use the native fullscreen mode".

The preferred option from us is to leave the fullscreen mode as is. You can get rid of blacked out other screens by unchecking the respective checkbox in the Video section of preferences.

Neither of the above options works for me. When in full screen, it still covers all the windows. I have OS X Yosemite.
