Equalizer keeps resetting :-(

Hi all,
I was wondering, is there any way to get vlc to remember custom equalizer settings? Every time I manually change the equalizer, it is reset every time vlc is launched.

it definitively wasn't possible in 0.8.2 . I think that it might now work in the dev version (try a nightly : http://vthr.videolan.org/~videolan )
