Tried every version since then. Its simply greyed out. Even tried to copy old library over to new version to no avail.

Is the postproc module present?

Yes it is. Same thing on MacPro on Mountain Lion.

I have to admit, that OK was not too much of help resolving the issue.
Is there some effort going on? Don't want to bother anyone - just asking.

j-b made me aware of this thread and I reproduced the issue last week. It's unsure what's causing it so far as the internal variable in question apparently fails to be created which is why the menu item is disabled.

We are trying to fix this for the 2.2 release.

This will be (finally!) fixed in the forthcoming 2.2 release later this summer!

I just downloaded an update this morning (v.2.1.5) and when I tried to use the Video Effects (ctrl E) "Image Adjust" , the screen goes completely white. The sound is there, but as long as IMAGE ADJUST is on, the screen only shows a blank white image. Turn off IMAGE ADJUST and the picture plays fine. I'd never had this problem until this morning, just after I downloaded the update (v.2.1.5). Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks.
