VLC 2.1.0: Chinese Interface doesn't work well

My system language is Simplified Chinese, and VLC 2.1.0 user interface is expected to use the same one. But there seems to be some problems with it. My VLC interface is still mainly in English mixed with certain menu option in Chinese whenever I switch my system language to Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese. Can somebody help me, thanks!
