3D subtitle checking

Postby Spermin8r » 21 Mar 2013 10:40

Hi,

I am converting 2D .srt subs to 3D .ass subs
Because the left and right picture need identical aligned subs to be combined to a single subtitle when you watch the movie in 3D mode I need to check if they are correctly aligned before I mix them into the movie container (.mkv or .mk3D)
I want to use VLC to take the left & right or the top & bottom image and superimpose them with some opacity to see if all is properly aligned.
Any idea how to do this (on Mac)

thnx

Eric

Sorry, but this isn't possible with VLC at the moment. Better 3D support is definitely on our list, but not quite there yet.
