novice gets no audio with VTS

Hello ! I'm new to VIDEOLAN. I downloaded a Johnny Cash VTS from
DIMEADOZEN.
It is a television broadcast. Good picture, but no audio.
As a beginner, I don't know to to determine why there is no audio.
The file contents look like this.
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
Can somebody suggest how I begin to troubleshoot this ?
