problem with an ogg stream

I've a problem with a stream ogg.
the error message is :

main: no suitable access module for `http://ogg.tv-radio.fr:1441/encoderfculture.ogg'

and the message windows show:

main warning: audio drift is too big (464293), dropping buffer
[.....]
main warning: audio drift is too big (145019), dropping buffer
main warning: buffer is 98579 late, triggering upsampling
main warning: resampling stopped after 17916705 usec (drift: -7829)

Someone could say me if it's problem form the file stream or if it's posible to change the parameters of the buffer?
