How to remap hotkeys

Hi,

How to remap/edit keyboard shortcuts - it seems there is no option for that?



The official documentation https://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:Hotkeys/ looks quite old.

Is it possible in the version I've installed there is no option for keyboard customization?

There is the "hotkeys" section on the far-right of the Preferences screen in the VLC menu. Note that is only available in the "Basic" variant, not in "Advanced" mode.

Aaah, thank you, I have to resize that 'Basic' variant window to see that option.
At first didn't see any relevant options so I go with 'Show all' - the 'Advanced mode'.
