In version 3.0.18 there is not option to add subtitles in the conversion settings.

I'm not seeing the "Show more options" checkbox or the option to add subtitles in the conversion settings of your VLC Version 3.0.18 Vetinari (Intel 64bit)

After several weeks, i'm search for how to combine the mp4 file with the srt/vtt file into one mp4 file.
I found the string:

ffmpeg -i /Downloads/inPut.mp4 -vf subtitles=/Downloads/Sub.srt /Downloads/OutFile.mp4
