Playing Blu-Ray on M2 Macbook Air

Hello everyone!

I recently bought a Verbatim External Slimline Bluray Writer and I just can't figure out how to get blu-ray playing to work. I downloaded the necessary files from https://vlc-bluray.whoknowsmy.name/ and pasted them in the correct folders. Nevertheless VLC only plays the intro of the blu ray but never loads the menu or any other chapter. I tried the same on my Windows machine and everything worked fine. Am I missing something? Maybe someone has got an answer to this.
