VLC and Bose Bluetooth latency

It seems there’s a big problem with VLC and the Bose QC35 headset. (I have the QC35II)

Each time I use VLC, the audio starts getting out of synch after approximately 1 minute.
I have a MacBook Pro 14 M1Pro on Ventura (but i already had this problem on Monterey) and I don’t have this problem with others media players (like IINA)

Only VLC has this problem, ands it’s really every time i use it, on every video.

Can someone help?
