macOS 12.4 Upgrade

Upgraded my macOS to 12.4 today. The upgrade reported that a "Shiny White Box Limited" used an extension that would be incompatible with a future release of the macOS. By searching the web discovered that Shiny White Box Limited creates video capture software.

If this is not the proper place to report this issue please point me in the proper direction.

I don't believe your Shiny White Box Limited extension has anything to do with VLC.
I would simply trash that extension.

I just bought a new computer - macOS 12.4. I am a senior and I downloaded with help the VLC application. He converted 1 of my old videos for me but I am not able to do it on my own. I did watch the UTUBE video but it is complicated. I know how to put the video into the VLC but I don/t know how to convert it and then put it back into my photos permanently. Could you help me in simple language, please? My photos/videos are very important to me! Thank you!
