Bluetooth latency

Hello, I just downloaded the last version of VLC for Mac OS Monterey. (3.0.17.3)
I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro 14, and a BOSE QC 35ii headphone.
I never had any problem on iOS but there is a lot of delay between the sound and images on my Bose. Don’t understand why. There is no delay when I use QuickTime or watch YouTube.

I know the trick with the F and G keys but it looks random.

Anyone has the same issue and know how to fix it?
