Minimum Width Limit?

Postby max6166 » 02 Apr 2022 16:45

Ideally, I would like to make the VLC window about 1/5 narrower than it allows me to. There seems to be a minimum width setting.

I can widen the window by dragging the lower right corner, but using the same method, I can't narrow the window quite as far as I would like to.

I forgot the setting, but I made VLC play video in a floating window which allows me at least make the video window smaller than the limit.

Are there any tricks, settings, or workarounds that would also allow me to narrow the playback controls or playlist window past the limit?

I'm running VLC 3.0.16 on a Macbook Air M1 under Big Sur.

Thanks
