very loud sound after each video

Hello

thank you for this amazing soft, i use it since long time on windows without any bug

I get a mbp 16" since one year and i have a very loud crack/acute sound at the end of 1/4 of the video i play. it's various mp4 video clips.
I tryed the last v3.0.11.1 and same problem
I tryed "4.0.0-dev Otto Chriek (Intel 64bit)" but it just fail to open any video and just freeze

This should be fixed with VLC 3.0.12, which will be released in the next days.
