Can't hide Controls in Fullscreen

Hey,

I use the latest VLC version (3.0.11) in latest MacOS and I can't hide or disable the control bar in fullscreen mode. Actually it's the same problem like here (https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=142561) but in my preferences I've got no checkbox for "Show Fullscreen Controller". Did I missed the right option or was it removed?
