Casting to Android TV results in inverted (upside down) image

Hi there,

I've just tried casting using VLC media player on my macbook pro to my Android TV (Sony KD-65X900E) and the image plays upside down on the TV but the right way up on my mac. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm using VLC Version 3.0.8 Vetinari (Intel 64bit) on my macbook pro running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G10021).
