Unable to open app

Can someone help please. Today after installing the corsair iCUE for the wireless mouse, VLC stopped working. 'VLC quit unexpectedly' winder appears when trying to launch the app.
So far, I've deleted iCUE and tried reinstalling VLC few times, also deleted the vlc preference files. App is still not working.

Someone modified your VLC bundle.
Please manually delete all instances of VLC.app on your computer, and download the official installer from your website, and install again.

I downloaded the 3.0.7 dmg and this same issue is affecting me right now.

VLC has always worked. However I don't really understand why the VLC-3.0.7.1.dmg downloaded from videolan.org would have the bundle modified.

Are you sure your code signatures are up to date?
