Urgent! PLAYLIST separate and - Start Play from 0:00

Hello.
VLC really is amazing!
But I need now some settings urgently!
Normally I used with windows and np. But now I'm using OSX and the I can not find the same options in the last version.
I tried to find them options in forum, but more questions and finally I can not find anything.

then, could you to help me urgently?
1.- I need to separate the paylist from the play windows
2.- After to pass video inside playlist the video continue playing from the last minute, and I need to play from the begining. Is possible?
