Resize Audio Visualizer

I'm using VLC 3.04 with Mojave (Mac Mini) - I want to use the Audio Visualizer, but the display is far too large. I've reduced it as much as it will go using my cursor - is it possible to reduce the screen to something less intrusive?

Also, how do I add a screenshot to show the issue?
