Try to open a .m3u playlist with streams but 'unable to open de MRL'

I have a .m3u playlist with stream URL's (ending with the .ts) extension but I can't open it and it gives the error 'Unable to open MRL' in the popup window for all streams. What is going wrong? I search for this error on Google and it good be the Firewall but VLC is enabeled incomming connections on my Mac. So that's not the case I guess. I'm a newbe to watch streams with VLC. So I hope someone can help me out. Thanks.

1. Open: Tools -> Messages.
2. Set Verbosity to 2
3. Start playback to reproduce your issue

Problem is user using version without support and not even trying releases as he should.
