No center chanel "dialog" sound using new version of VLC [2.2+] with audio receiver. (BUG)

Updating VLC to versions later than 2.2 makes some mp4 and mkv files to don't reproduce sound in the central speaker using AV recievers,
In my test when i switch to QuickTime for example then I can hear all channels perfectly. By reinstalling and refreshing VLC by app and by files the problem persist.

Using an older version of VLC like 2.0.1 for example works perfectly.

With the new version"3.0.0" of VLC now all channels can be heared, but, the channels are switched for example the center Chanel is in the back speaker and the back chanel sound in the center speaker. When I use "remap" in filters option under audio settings no change take effect.
