New problem with mkv and ass

Some time ago I wrote here about a problem I had with VLC 2.1.5. VLC crash when it was closed with a video with subtitles in format ass.
You had told me to use a version nightly but at that time there was a strange problem that enlarged subtitles for no reason than the previous version (in practice by opening the same video with VLC nightly subs were too big).
Today I tried the new version 2.2 (04/02/2015), but while the problem subtitle seems to have been solved (I do not know what changed but better that way), the problem of the crash seems to be back in this version.

Yes, the nightlies still use old contribs probably. This will be fixed in the official release, which should be out really soon now (tm).
